SUPPORT for Online Store

If you are experiencing a problem at checkout and receive an error code, such as Unable to authorize payment: SGS-005003: The order already exists in the database.

Then: If you are using any version of Internet Explorer 6 the problem exists with Microsoft. The Link to Microsoft for the update to fix this problem is provided below.

NOTE:  However, a quicker way around this problem is to shut off your computer and wait 30 seconds before restarting it, or simply choose the RESTART option. This will reset your shopping basket. Once your computer has rebooted, please return to the Decks USA Online Store and place your order again. To help eliminate any error codes, It is essential that your fill out your information correctly when checking out. Our software is designed to alert us when a duplicate order has been received, so don't worry, we guarantee you will never be billed twice for a duplicate order.

 P3P - Internet Explorer 6 Update

New information about the problem has just come to us via users group discussions. Specifically, the redirect during checkout is caused by a problem with Internet Explorer.

Unfortunately, Microsoft has not yet issued the fix to this problem as an automatic Windows update. This means that the fix available at the above URL is one which will require users to manually install it. While it is unclear exactly when the fix will be made available in an automatic update, it's at least more likely that it will when a new service pack update is released.

In the mean time, it is our advice to our customers that they install the Microsoft Internet Explorer update if they are experiencing the effects of this problem during the checkout sequence.
