To better serve the rapid increase of our Customer Base:  We have finished moving into our new offices and warehouse facilities.  Our computer systems have been updated to the latest technology, including DSL capabilities.  We appreciate your patience and understanding during this major company transformation.  All Departments and Systems are completely Operational.

NOTE:  We have recently upgraded our online store, offering more features and installed extended security measures.  However, the links on the Deck Designs CD-ROM were effected and are not functioning correctly.  Please refer directly to our Online Storefront or our Online Store Links page.

ORDERS

All Orders are currently being processed, (printed if Deck Plans), packaged, and shipped within 1-2 Business Days after receiving them.

NOTE:  All Orders placed, and received by us, after 3:00 pm on Fridays are currently being processed, packaged, and shipped on the following MondayAll Orders placed, and received by us, on the Weekend, are currently being processed, packaged, and shipped on the following Monday.  If that Monday is a National Holiday, then All Orders will be processed, packaged, and shipped on the following Tuesday.

OLD DATA INFORMATION: 2003


Dear Valued Customer,

You may have already been informed by telephone from one of our customer representatives, but we wanted to provide a current update to every person with a Deck Project pending with our Drafting Department, and/or an Order for any other service or product we offer. We have also sent out prior notifications via email, but we are unsure if our email has been delivered to you.  As well as being concerned that our incoming email from you may have not been received by us.

Although we take all necessary precautions for technical support problems and preserving our data; unfortunately, we cannot schedule for acts of God. We are still recovering from the four weeks of severe weather we incurred in our area, including two tornado touchdowns two weeks apart, which caused damage to our offices and system rooms, including roof and water damage from the latest batch of storms.

The severe weather forced us into a complete systems shutdown situation. We have now engaged our safety back-up mode, and we are attempting to recover and verify our data systems and customer information. Fortunately, we back up all of our data on a regular scheduled basis, but getting it up and running from ground zero does take a significant amount of time, especially in a situation such as this. As a result, the entire server administration had to be shut down to be worked on.

As a matter of fact, if you have been following the national news; FEMA, (The Federal Emergency Management Agency), was in our area (Mahoning County).  President Bush declared a Disaster in Ohio on August 1st.  The related article and information can be obtained at their web site: http://www.fema.gov/ . Our Computer Server is currently being repaired and periodically rebooted. We are now in the process of finalizing this repair and we are currently running diagnostic checks and verifications on all server systems. Since all of our telephone lines are integrated with our server, you can help us help you by limiting telephone calls and emails during this repair period.  When we have more information regarding your project, we will contact you with the status of your project.

As our staff is working 24/7 to resolve these unfortunate events and circumstances, we want you to know your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated and helps in boosting the workers morale as they tackle this technical challenge.

However, If for some reason you are unable to support us through our difficult recovery time, depending on the amount of work performed on your Deck Project to date, we are extending you a refund/credit option, per our policy.
