Our return policy is listed on our web site at: http://www.decksusa.com/faq.htm and also available from our main page: Web Site: http://www.decksusa.com/As with keeping with the general excepted practice of national software sales; Once the software seal is broken and/or the software is installed and run on your computer, the software becomes non-returnable, but is replaceable: Decks USA will replace, at no charge to you, including Shipping and Handling, any damaged or defective CD-ROMs for all of our software products. Follow the instructions included with the software package for returning our products for replacement.
All software returns must be in original condition with the software seal unbroken. All product returns must contain all the items shipped and be in reusable condition. All returns must be postmarked no later than ten (10) days after purchase date and include a signed Product Return Form.
