Deck Plan Modification Instructions

1.  Select and write down the Deck Plan you want modified. Or

2.  Print out the Deck Plan you wish to modify from our Deck Plans Section

     or from the Decks USA Deck Designs CD-ROM  

  Deck Designs™  Version 4.0 with over 360 deck designs on CD-ROM!.

3.  Order your Deck Plan Modification online, safely and securely, at The Decks USA Store     

4.  After placing your order: Print out the Deck Plan you wish to modify.
     Sketch your changes on the Deck Floor Plan, along with any notes.
     Write in any width or length size changes, or new stair placement location, etc.

5.  FAX your changes to us at: (330) 726-5542.
     Or, Mail your information to us at:

     Please include the following information with your FAX or Mailing:

4 Digit INVOICE Order Number from Online Store Receipt
Deck Plan Order Number to be Modified

6. After receiving and processing your order:

Your deck project will be sent to our Design and Drafting Department.

When your drawings are finished, for quality control and to ensure your satisfaction, you will receive by FAX, E-Mail or Snail Mail, rendered preliminary drawings in Floor Plan, 3-D, and Elevation Views for your review and approval of the changes.

NOTE:  We offer an Online Viewing and Printing Option if a FAX machine is unavailable to you. Online Viewing and Printing is the quickest, most efficient form of reviewing your Deck Plan Modification. This method contains the widest range of features and benefits, such as allowing you to review your project from any computer 24 hours a day. It also allows you to share your project for input from family and friends. And if you're using a Building Contractor it gives them the same convenience and flexibility. We strongly recommend this choice for reviewing your Deck Plan Modification.

Currently, the expected draw time is within 7-21 days after you place your order*.  If time is of the essence; a 5-10 Day RUSH SERVICE is available.

7. Upon your deck design approval, we will begin preparing the deck plan construction package.
        Which includes, but is not limited to: The Complete Construction Package, Stair Guide Kit, Material Order List and Material Takeoff.

** Decks USA reserves the right to decline, and/or not to except, any Deck Plan Modification Order.  In the event of decline: Decks USA will, in a timely fashion and manner, Refund the Full Amount of the purchase price.

** Decks USA also reserves the right to review your request for a Deck Plan Modification Order, before, during and after we have received, and reviewed, all the required information from you.  In the event of any cost difference in your Deck Plan Modification Order: Decks USA will, in a timely fashion and manner, inform you of the cost difference for accepting and completing your Deck Plan Modification Order.  You will then have the right to accept the new project price or request a  Refund for the Full Amount of the purchase price.  In the event of a Refund Request: Decks USA will, in a timely fashion and manner, Refund the Full Amount of the original purchase price.
