NOTE: All deck plans accommodate heights from 7"-39" from ground level to the finished deck flooring. All deck plans incorporate 48" wide stairs and you choose their placement in the deck plan. Other Standard OPTIONS include Diagonal, Horizontal, Parting Board, or Herringbone flooring patterns. Lattice, Vertical or Horizontal solid board skirting. Or plain NO skirting, with the deck open underneath.
